How did we get here ?

Pams Jamz is not new.  It all started many years ago when Pamela and her siblings started a tradition of baking many varieties of holiday jam based cookies.  The mass produced retail jams did not live up to the flavor profile printed on the label, so Pamela decided to make her own traditional jams. Due to the overwhelming response to the real fruit jams and marmalades she made,  Pamela decided to devote her spare time perfecting classic, spicy, and specialty jams. She has since expanded to delicious sourdough corn breads and sourdough muffins to compliment these delicious jams.   So...,
